Cosmos Cloud Strife

ok a while back i was doing the whole 'Chaos' Cloud and 'experimented on' Cloud, so here's the OTHER end that i tend to go on: 'Cosmos' Cloud.

i'll add to the comments here when my brain isn't fried from doing this piece.

Colored in Photoshop using:

paintbrush tool (default and calligraphy)
background layer style
subtle layer influences
blur tool
smudge tool

most of it i colored by hand.

Lineart found about 4 years ago, so i've no clue who did it.
