ok, im well aware that the picture is supposed to be dark, though some say its to dark i think its fine in that aspect. the only thing i thin i really have an issue with is the blood and the wings. the blood could be eather a bit more blended into the image or softer it seems a bit just placed in the image. the wings also could be a bit softer too they fit with the over all theme of the image just some of the edges are a bit to harsh. other than that its an fantastic manip and props to you and the original artist.

well, to start off . . . like i said with the other image similar to this one: i do not have much knowledge in images like these. so, i am not sure how well my critique will turn out.

the first thing that caught my eye was the lit area of whatever the character is holding in his right hand. it is brought out very well and makes great contrast to the rest of the image. i really like that aspect of it.

another thing that caught my eye was just the cropping of the photo itself. it almost makes it seem like you are right there with the character almost at eye level. that is very well done. kudos for that.

but one thing i must say is that the overall image is much too dark. i know you wanted to get that chaotic feeling into it. but i am pretty sure you could do that with not having it as dark . i cannot seem to see some parts of the image due to the lack of light.

but i do like what you did to the original image. nicely done.
